Food Experience at Brook Ridge

This month was lots of fun for everyone in the community we had all the residents involved in our food experience with chef Rafael. On the beginning of the month we had our "Cookie of the Month Contest and resident Dorothy Murphy was the winner. She submitted a delicious Almond Coconut Cookie recipe which we all loved.

Residents really enjoyed the cooking presentation. Everyone was doubtful when we said they were having a "Rattle Snake Sandwich".
